Help With Download
To download a file please make the following changes in the browser.
Netscape Ver 6.0 and higher:

• From the "Edit" menu select "Preferences".
• Under "Category" select "Navigator" and then select "Helper Applications".
• Under "Helper Applications" select "New Type" button.
• In the "Description of type" text box type any description.
• In the "File extension" text box type "txt".
• In the "MIME Type" text box type "plain/text".
• In the "Application to use" text box click on choose and locate the "notepad.exe".
• Click on the "OK" button to save.
